固定版面 PDF 公開入口，與流式 ReportDocument／ReportArtifact 無關。 共用已驗證的字型登錄與 PDFBox runtime；renderer 可跨執行緒重用。

完整產生成功後才寫入 out，不關閉 out。寫出階段 I/O 失敗時呼叫端須丟棄部分輸出。 取消或執行緒中斷丟出 CancellationException；不保留或授權業務資料。
